Goals for 2019

As sappy and cliché it is to write up a list of goals for the New Years, it’s pretty damn useful. It’s a good thing to reference in the future and see how far you’ve come. Or even how much your goals in life have changed. It can be big goals or minuscule things. Here is my list:

  1. Take better care of my physical, mental and emotional health

  2. Eat better

  3. Work out more

  4. Be big hearted enough to be kind to everyone

  5. Be more consistent with everything… doctors appointments, medication, writing, eating right, working out, responding to people’s texts, reading, etc…

  6. Sky dive

  7. Take a helicopter ride over Manhattan

  8. Pay off my credit card debt

  9. Get my own apartment

  10. Be a positive force

  11. Read more books

  12. Travel to two more countries

  13. Drink more water

  14. Get better at Spanish

What are your goals for 2019? Big or small, long term or short term, goals are generally good things to have. If you don’t have any, make one. Write a list. Add some things, cross out some things. It doesn’t have to be set in stone, you can change it tomorrow or 6 months from now. Whatever you do, just make a list of goals you have and start taking action towards them today.

What can I do to achieve one thing out of the list today?

I can definitely drink more water and respond to some texts.
